Game Producer (Core Gameplay)
We are looking for a Game Producer who will be responsible for developing the core gameplay of Standoff 2. In this role, you will manage the full development cycle of key game mechanics—from concept development and goal setting to feature release and analysis of their impact on the gameplay experience and product metrics.
We need a producer with a strong background in game design who understands how modern PvP shooters are created, knows how to turn game ideas into high-quality game systems, and can effectively coordinate the work of a cross-functional team.
Tasks that you have to work with:
- Managing the full development cycle of core gameplay features for Standoff 2—from concept creation to release and post-launch analysis
- Developing key gameplay mechanics and systems in collaboration with the game design team
- Coordinating the work of a cross-functional development team
Managing the team’s backlog: prioritizing tasks and planning development - Monitoring timelines, risks, and the quality of gameplay feature implementation
- Analyzing post-release results and making decisions based on gameplay and product metrics
Identifying opportunities to improve core gameplay and the user experience - Fostering effective collaboration among all development team members
It will help you with this:
- Experience working as a Game Producer or Lead Game Designer
- Understanding of the full development cycle for game features—from concept to post-release analysis
- Experience coordinating a cross-functional development team
- Excellent understanding of modern FPS and PvP games
- Experience working with game metrics and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Skills in planning, prioritizing, and managing the backlog
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other development management tools
- Experience working on FPS, Battle Royale, or other multiplayer PvP projects
