About your role

We are looking for a Game Designer to join our flagship mobile project, Hero Wars: Alliance, LiveOps Team.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a feature from concept to post-mortem throughout development: setting requirements for the development team, synchronizing the team and vision, resolving blockers, working with external departments (art, narrative, CM, support, etc.)
• Developing design from concept to a fully-fledged GDD
• System design: quest systems and event economy, balancing game mode progressions, matchmaking, and rating systems
• Working with analytics: pre-analysis for design, post-analysis to collaborate with PO on the launch results and search for ideas for further iterations
• Monetization: Design and balance of offers for features, taking into account audience segmentation
• UI/UX: Working with designers on layouts and prototypes

We hope that you have

• 5+ year of experience in Game Design
• Strong knowledge of successful mid-core games (Battler), including LiveOps practices.
• Experience working on LiveOps for existing projects using a data-driven approach.
