Full Stack Developer with C# and React, Web Platfom

About the Position

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on .NET and React to contribute to the development and evolution of a modern web application platform. You will work across both backend and frontend layers, building scalable features, improving existing functionality, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

About the Project

This project focuses on building a modern web application platform that supports complex user workflows and data driven features. The platform emphasizes performance, maintainability, and continuous delivery of new capabilities.

About the Team

You will work in a cross functional development team of 10 to 20 specialists, including full stack developers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA professionals. The team follows shared coding standards, conducts regular code reviews, and collaborates closely on design and implementation decisions while expanding its capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
• Build and enhance frontend features using React and TypeScript
• Collaborate with team members on feature design, implementation, and code reviews
• Design, query, and optimize SQL based databases
• Work with existing codebases and contribute to ongoing platform improvements
• Use AI assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality
• Follow established Git workflows and branching strategies
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities

Requirements

• Experience working in a full stack development role with a strong focus on .NET
• Hands on experience with React for frontend development
• Experience building and maintaining backend services using C# and .NET
• Understanding of SQL based databases and ability to write and optimize queries
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git and common version control workflows
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor in software development
• Ability to work with and improve existing codebases

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud based environments
• Familiarity with CI CD pipelines
• Experience working on large scale or long term web platforms
• Exposure to performance optimization and application monitoring
