Our Team will be happy to bring into the fold an experienced Executive Producer!
We are looking for an Executive Producer to shape and execute the product vision for UFL, covering both core gameplay and the meta-game experience, ensuring strong alignment between player value, business needs, and development priorities, and act as the key stakeholder and internal customer for production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for UFL;
- Own the direction of Core and Meta Gameplay systems and features;
- Translate business goals, player needs, and market insights into clear product priorities;
- Act as the main decision-maker for high-level product direction, ensuring clarity for production teams;
- Evaluate feature proposals and gameplay concepts from product, player, and business perspectives;
- Collaborate with Game Design, Publishing, Analytics, Production and C-Level to ensure alignment on expected outcomes;
- Review and approve feature specifications, balancing feasibility, player impact, and strategic goals;
- Monitor industry trends, competitor titles, and community feedback to support data-driven decisions;
- Ensure consistency, quality, and coherence across gameplay, meta-systems, and the overall user experience;
- Partner with Senior Management and representatives to design, implement and maintain product features.
Skills and requirements:
- 7+ years of senior experience in Product Management, Game Direction, or similar leadership roles in Game Development;
- Strong understanding of Gameplay Design, Meta-game structures, Live-Ops, and player engagement models;
- Experience making high-level product decisions in large or complex projects;
- Ability to clearly communicate product needs and expectations to production teams;
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills;
- Strong passion for football and deep understanding of the sport simulation games market;
- Experience with competitive multiplayer or sports games;
- Knowledge of free-to-play economies and progression systems;
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
