About the Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Quality & Delivery Lead with a strong background in QA leadership and demonstrated success transitioning into program, project, or delivery management roles. This strategic, client-facing position requires a holistic and business-oriented approach to QA, strong stakeholder management capabilities at the executive level, and a visionary mindset for embedding AI into modern quality engineering ecosystems.
You will act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders (C-1 / C-2 levels) and collaborate closely with the client’s Senior QA Director to define and drive enterprise-wide quality strategy, governance, and innovation.
The estimated salary range for this position is from 120,000 to 150,000 USD per year.
About the Project
Our client is undergoing a strategic quality transformation aimed at elevating QA to a core enterprise delivery driver. The Enterprise Quality & Delivery Lead will play a key role in shaping and executing this transformation, integrating AI-driven capabilities, and driving quality-centric delivery governance across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and peer to senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives and their teams.
- Partner with the Senior QA Director to define, evolve, and promote enterprise quality strategy.
- Advocate for quality as a business enabler focusing on business outcomes, risk reduction, and delivery excellence.
- Provide end-to-end visibility into delivery processes to ensure alignment across QA, engineering, and business teams.
- Operate effectively in large-scale, complex enterprise environments involving multiple cross-functional teams.
- Ensure governance, transparency, and predictability in QA and delivery workflows.
- Lead the evolution from traditional QA to AI-enabled, insight-driven quality engineering.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI-assisted testing, predictive quality analytics, and process optimization.
- Promote best practices such as continuous testing, shift-left strategies, and intelligent automation.
- Maintain a big-picture view of the software development lifecycle and delivery lifecycle.
- Align quality initiatives with broader enterprise transformation efforts.
- Balance quality goals with speed and broader business priorities.
Requirements
- Proven career progression: QA Engineer → QA Lead → QA Manager → Program/Project/Delivery Manager.
- Extensive experience in enterprise environments with complex, cross-team delivery structures.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience engaging directly with C-level and senior stakeholders in a business context.
- Excellent communication skills capable of translating technical topics into business language.
- Solid understanding of modern QA practices, automation, and AI trends in testing.
- Strong holistic mindset with an ability to see beyond QA to overall delivery effectiveness.
- Experience driving QA and delivery transformation initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools or frameworks (Playwright).
- Experience leading QA transformation or modernization programs.
- Familiarity with large enterprise systems such as ERP, e-commerce, and cloud platforms.
