Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure in our Tashkent office
- Ensure that all equipment, documents, and processes are properly organized and operational
- Provide direct IT support to team members, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, upgrades, and disposal of IT assets in an efficient, cost-effective manner
- Assist in refining and advancing the End-User Support Service
Requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities for working effectively within a team
- Proficiency in IT-related tasks and an understanding of fundamental IT principles
- A deep understanding of essential hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving operating systems, hardware, and network issues
- Familiarity with asset management and ITIL practices (or other ITSM tools)
