Requirements:
- Develop and own the omnichannel CRM strategy across email and push notifications, focused on converting free users into paid customers for health and fitness products.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation workflows, including user segmentation, lifecycle logic, and personalization to ensure best-in-class conversion practices.
- Execute end-to-end omnichannel campaigns: planning, asset coordination, workflow setup, approvals, scheduling, QA, and deployment.
- Drive continuous optimization through extensive A/B and multivariate testing of timing, segmentation, messaging, offers, and subject lines to improve conversion rates and grow the premium user base.
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, data analysts, product marketing managers, and product owners to align CRM initiatives with product and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in digital or lifecycle marketing with a strong focus on building and optimizing automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with email and/or push notifications for mobile and web products, including lifecycle and transactional use cases.
- Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments to drive measurable impact on business metrics.
- Experience working with at least one major ESP or marketing automation platform.
- Strong understanding of user segmentation principles, lifecycle logic, and data-driven personalization.
- Confident use of analytical and database tools to evaluate campaign performance and inform optimization decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business goals into CRM execution.
- Strong written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Would be a plus:
- Experience working in the wellness / health & fitness domain.
- Hands-on experience with both email and push notifications across web and mobile products.
- Experience in monetizing web traffic, including conversion funnels and CRM-driven revenue flows.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
- Experience launching CRM flows, features, or monetization initiatives from scratch (from concept to rollout).
