Requirements
- Entry-level experience as a creative producer in performance marketing (experience in the fields of healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness would be a plus). We are open to considering candidates with experience in a related field, provided they meet most of the key requirements.
- Willingness to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information.
- Basic understanding of how to work with the target audience and their needs.
- Ability to create engaging and informative creative strategies and content that effectively attract users.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting various types of research.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced changes.
- Willingness to dedicate time to more monotonous tasks, including information systematization.
- Strong ideation skills combined with structured and analytical thinking.
- Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms.
- Fluent English (B2+).

Responsibilities
- Developing creative concepts to promote the mobile application in line with the product strategy.
- Closely collaborating with the UA, PMM, and UGC teams to identify key features and advantages of the application.
- Organizing research on competitors, audience, reviews, social media, and others, aimed at analyzing best practices in the market and identifying potential users.
- Creating advertisements for META, Google, and other networks.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions with the team.
- Assisting in structuring product information (best practices, research results, and more).
- Writing briefs for UGC, evaluating results, and making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Assisting in organizing shoots.
- Collaborating with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas.
