Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with Copilot

EPAM's Microsoft Business Applications practice is growing, and the company seeks professionals skilled in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. Successful candidates will collaborate with international teams to deliver essential business solutions for enterprise clients, supporting their AI adoption and digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complete solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects
• Facilitate discovery workshops, architecture evaluations, and solution envisioning meetings
• Establish application, integration, security, data, and AI architecture frameworks
• Enforce architecture governance and maintain technical standards
• Create Copilot, agent-based, and AI-enabled solutions through Copilot Studio
• Assist with estimations, proposals, and pre-sales efforts
• Guide and develop engineering and consulting team members
• Partner with executive stakeholders and business sponsors

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
• Background in Solution Architecture for large-scale enterprise projects
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Solid grasp of Azure integration and security principles
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and governance practices
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Solid grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Skill in recognizing AI-driven business opportunities
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles
• Background using AI-powered productivity or development tools
• Experience building, configuring, or developing AI agents is advantageous

Nice to have

• Background in Power BI
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP
• Industry knowledge in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing sectors
