Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant with Copilot
EPAM is growing its Microsoft Business Applications team and seeks skilled professionals in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. Successful candidates will collaborate with international teams to build essential solutions for enterprise clients, supporting their AI adoption and digital transformation journeys.
Responsibilities
- Drive business analysis and requirements discovery efforts
- Run executive workshops and lead requirements gathering sessions
- Take ownership of functional solution design for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Spot opportunities to transform business operations through AI
- Develop functional elements of Copilot Studio solutions
- Provide client advisory services, define roadmaps, and manage change initiatives
- Guide consultants and support overall delivery quality
- Work alongside architects and engineers during implementation phases
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong background in CRM configuration and business process design
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
- Proficiency in requirements engineering and facilitating workshops
- Solid expertise in business transformation and managing stakeholders
- Familiarity with solution delivery methodologies
- Advanced English proficiency
- Solid grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Skill in recognizing AI-driven business opportunities
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
- Awareness of Responsible AI principles
- Background using AI-powered productivity or development tools
- Experience building, configuring, or developing AI agents is a bonus
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP
- Industry background in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
