EPAM Systems is looking for a visionary Director, Loyalty & Promotions Consulting to join Empathy Lab — a fast-growing agency designed for the modern Chief Marketing Officer and backed by our global digital services organization. You'll work at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences and subscription models to deliver transformative growth for our clients.
In partnership with the Global Practice Lead, you will expand Empathy Lab’s presence in North America. You'll drive business growth, deliver thought leadership and forge strong collaborations with internal teams and external platform partners.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on loyalty programs, offer strategies, membership experiences and subscription models
- Consult across end-to-end programs, strategic options, concepts, economics and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional data, experience design, digital product and delivery teams to execute integrated projects
- Empower account managers and sales teams with the materials and strategies needed to align solutions with evolving client needs
- Pursue new business opportunities and leverage internal networks to drive practice growth
- Evaluate Request for Proposals (RFPs), create proposals and establish relationships with senior executives to close deals
- Author research, white papers and articles to establish thought leadership in loyalty and promotions
- Represent EPAM as a loyalty expert at industry events, conferences and forums
- Cultivate partnerships with external platforms to enhance the impact of practice-related initiatives
- Partner with the Global Lead for Generative Loyalty to refine offerings and advance go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Expertise in two or more domains such as loyalty, membership, pricing, promotions or subscription business models
- Industry background in Consumer Goods, Retail or Travel & Hospitality
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a recognized consultancy or agency with diverse client projects
- Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to business challenges
- Clear communication with the ability to articulate complex ideas in written and verbal formats
- History of engagement with senior executives, alignment with their priorities and effective management of expectations
- Business acumen with the capability to discuss the outcomes of loyalty and promotion initiatives
- Track record of successful management of client engagements across multiple consulting and delivery phases
- Flexibility for regular travel — approximately one week per month
