Director, Data Analytics Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Director, Data Analytics Consulting to act as a subject matter expert within Data Analytics Consulting.

You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for conducting design and business strategy work for clients with business challenges in the business domain
• Oversee business process and analytical solutions, identify gaps and suggest improvements based on business domain knowledge
• Build positive and professional working relationships with clients
• Support clients secure investment for new product/service/business development and launch determining targets for the organization and developing functional strategies to reach its goals
• Create and provide clients with product/service/business recommendations with business rationale and business case
• Establish and/or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers in business and IT roles
• Collaborate with senior management at client and/or within organization, on matters such as aligning on target business outcomes and approaches
• Participate in pre-sales activities
• Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work

Requirements

• 6+ years of employment experience in the job offered (Director, Data Analytics Consulting), Data Analytics Consulting Manager, Data Analytics Consulting Principal, Business Consulting Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, Business Consultant, Software Consultant, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, Program Manager, Business Strategist, Systems Analyst, Business Analysis Team Lead, Senior Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Testing Engineer, Testing Team Lead, Technical Lead, QA Engineer, or closely related occupation
• At least one of the following strategic planning tools/techniques to create project work plans: BI Reporting or BI Roadmaps
• At least one of the following cloud services: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to use Python for problems requiring evaluation of variable factors to create exploratory data analysis solutions and provide statistical analysis on customer's data
• At least one of the following approaches to improve business agility: Change Management, Experience Mapping, or Design Thinking methodology
• Experience using the Agile software development methodology
