Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and software engineering projects across the SDLC
Plan and control scope, schedule, budget, and resources to meet project targets
Apply Agile and waterfall practices to match delivery needs and constraints
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes
Drive data analytics and data engineering initiatives from discovery to delivery
Monitor financial performance and enforce controls to achieve target profitability
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and clients
Negotiate priorities, timelines, and expectations with clients to secure alignment
Resolve conflicts with a results-focused approach while sustaining team health
Ensure traceability of requirements, changes, and deliverables through strong governance
Use data and analytics to track performance and support decision-making

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in software engineering delivery (SDLC)
Hands-on experience applying Agile and waterfall methodologies
Stakeholder leadership skills to align teams and clients toward outcomes
Project governance expertise, including scope, schedule, and risk control
Strong data analytics and data engineering project experience
Strong financial control skills to manage budgets and target profitability
Strong communication skills in written and verbal formats
High emotional intelligence to manage conflict and maintain team climate
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
