DataArt’s Finance practice provides services and solutions for enterprise clients. Most projects focus on cloud migration, innovation, process automation, and re-engineering.
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee delivery across multiple projects within the Finance practice. This role combines client relationship management, delivery governance, team leadership, and process improvement. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery quality, supporting project managers, and driving operational excellence across assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across multiple software development projects.
- Manage and mentor project managers and delivery teams, ensuring high standards of execution.
- Support team setup, organization, and ongoing guidance.
- Ensure effective communication and information exchange across teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee release and environment strategy preparation and review.
- Facilitate release and sprint vision and goal setting.
- Support pre-planning and post-planning meetings.
- Maintain release calendars and iterative planning cycles.
- Provide project and portfolio status visibility to stakeholders at different levels.
- Support professional development planning for team members.
- Drive continuous process improvements to increase team satisfaction and client value.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities within the account.
- Participate in pre-sales and proposal preparation activities.
- Ensure alignment with legal, compliance, and delivery governance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful project or delivery management experience.
- Experience managing all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Experience identifying and promoting new opportunities within an account.
- Experience mentoring and leading other project managers.
- Experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation.
- Experience managing teams of 30+ people.
- Strong understanding of development processes and ability to adapt them as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level or higher of spoken and written English.
