Step into a strategic role as a Delivery Manager (AI) at EPAM. You will lead and scale high-impact AI and GenAI initiatives across complex, multicultural environments. By bridging business and technical teams, you will drive end-to-end delivery, champion continuous improvement and implement responsible AI practices that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and delivery owner for AI and GenAI initiatives
- Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, experimentation, MVP development and production rollout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with product, engineering, data and business stakeholders
- Drive delivery success and client satisfaction through data-driven insights and value tracking
- Manage escalations for AI services to ensure fast triage and clear communication
- Champion Agile and Lean principles to establish scalable and repeatable delivery frameworks
- Supervise a portfolio of AI projects by reviewing delivery health and addressing risks proactively
- Mentor delivery and engineering teams to uplift AI delivery capabilities across the organization
Requirements
- Proven delivery leadership in AI/ML or GenAI solutions with accountability for outcomes
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, distributed, and multicultural teams
- Strong technical background in SDLC, integration projects, and AI/ML lifecycle
- Hands-on understanding of GenAI/LLM solution patterns and quality evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to implement MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model registries and monitoring systems
- Comprehensive awareness of Responsible AI, data privacy and model risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and integrating AI into enterprise applications
- Comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders to manage communication and long-term strategy
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering and tool/function calling
- Experience owning commercial strategy, including engagement financial management and P&L awareness
- Demonstrated ability to lead internationally distributed teams
