Delivery Manager
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception through successful completion, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering, and business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met
- Drive architecture design decisions in collaboration with technical teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
- Establish and enforce architecture governance standards across project deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data software engineering initiatives with business goals
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reporting, and status updates
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or architecture integrity
- Facilitate decision-making processes between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor project performance metrics and adjust delivery strategies as needed
- Support governance reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust throughout the delivery lifecycle
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management, with a proven track record of successful project completions
- Expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance
- Background in Data Software Engineering
- Skills in Stakeholder Management
- Proficiency in Delivery Management.AI
- Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+/C1 level
