You will collaborate with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business vision into scalable and secure insurance technology solutions, driving measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream insurance technology programmes, from initiation through release, ensuring alignment with industry standards and SDLC best practices
- Own overall customer satisfaction for the portfolio, measured through CSAT/NPS and client referenceability
- Put client-centricity at the heart of delivery, aligning EPAM's work to the customer's desired outcomes so that every deliverable demonstrably contributes to customer value
- Drive AI adoption across the delivery organisation, embedding AI into ways of working and client solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Lead modernisation initiatives, including cloud migration, hosting configurations and transformation of legacy insurance platforms into scalable cloud environments across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Work with executive stakeholders to align technology execution with business strategy, building strong partnerships across clients and internal leadership teams
- Foster a collaborative, high-trust culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage programme or portfolio budgets exceeding £10M annually, including oversight of commercial strategies, P&L and gross-margin performance
- Recruit, mentor and develop multi-disciplinary teams covering engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, data and agile delivery
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, while ensuring adherence to security compliance and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, UK GDPR and insurance-specific regulation (FCA/PRA, Consumer Duty, Solvency II)
- Embody EPAM's core values (Value the Individual, Act as a Team, Strive for Excellence, Focus on the Customer, and Act with Integrity) in how you lead delivery and develop teams

- Capable of bridging technical and business communication fluently for executive reporting
- Proven track record of driving AI-driven approaches to improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes
- Expert in agile delivery at scale (SAFe, LeSS, hybrid models)
