Data Delivery Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Data Delivery Manager with expertise in Data & Analytics to lead and manage end-to-end solution delivery.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients, bringing technical leadership and data-driven innovation to life. Your work will help shape cutting-edge technologies, ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring successful project outcomes
- Serve as the single point of accountability for delivery-related matters, including escalations, resource planning, and account roadmap alignment
- Oversee governance processes and ensure adherence to selected delivery models
- Build and maintain technical leadership by ensuring architecture meets quality standards and aligns with the client’s business goals
- Manage client engagements, including addressing issues, managing risks, and fostering long-term relationships
- Coordinate efforts between various disciplines and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Develop and manage delivery plans, including the estimation of resources, timeframes, and quality expectations
- Drive customer accountability and responsibilities in project execution
- Guide proposal creation, bids, and statements of work to support sales efforts
- Apply delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile) to ensure projects are executed to industry standards
- Implement strategies for continuous risk management throughout the project lifecycle
- Spearhead technology utilization across data-related implementations, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are utilized
- Deliver key performance outcomes via metrics such as delivery quality, team growth, and technology proficiency
Requirements
- Practical experience and expertise in Data & Analytics, Big Data, and related technologies, with a focus on platforms such as Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
- Proven experience in data platform engineering, with knowledge of ingestion, storage, processing, and integration (batch and streaming)
- At least 5 years of experience translating customer business requirements into Data & Analytics technological solutions
- Familiarity with multiple technology stacks, toolsets, and frameworks such as Python, LLMs, and predictive analytics
- Advanced understanding of AI/ML integration into complex data projects, including GenAI algorithm applications
- Strong background in data governance, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI considerations
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading on-premises-to-cloud migration initiatives
- Knowledge of data security and best practices to mitigate potential risks
- Ability to execute technical projects from inception to completion, including managing complex systems integrations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, with experience interpreting complex data for business insights
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
- Strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
