We're looking for a Data Analyst who's genuinely into data quality - someone who gets uncomfortable when numbers don't add up and won't rest until they find out why.
You'll be the person keeping our collections data clean, consistent, and trustworthy - digging into discrepancies, fixing pipelines, supporting internal teams, and making sure the reports people rely on actually reflect reality.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across collection-related datasets and reports
- Monitor and investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement fixes
- Handle and resolve data-related requests and issues from internal stakeholders (collections team, operations, etc.)
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines, queries, and dashboards
- Perform regular data validation and reconciliation checks
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to address systemic data issues
- Document data definitions, processes, and known issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes
- Solid understanding of data quality principles and best practices
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to investigate issues end-to-end and identify root causes
- Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience in fintech, lending, or collections domain is a plus
