As a Customer Support Agent, you will be addressing a variety of player inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for football and gaming and is committed to helping gamers. That’s it. The rest will be provided from our side (tools, education, opportunities).
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our players by troubleshooting and resolving all issues.
- Demonstrating a deep knowledge of the UFL game.
- Taking personal ownership and providing a stunning player experience as measured through CSAT and internal SLAs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager within the scope of job responsibilities.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English language skills, spoken and written.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- User-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
Nice-to-Have:
- Fluency in any of these languages: Spanish/French/German/Italian/Brazilian Portuguese/Turkish/Arabic/Russian;
- Passionate gamer, or, even better, UFL fun;
