Currently, we are seeking a skilled Creative Producer whom we will entrust with working on creative videos for our products.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Creative Producer whom we will entrust with working on creative videos for our products.
Your Role:
- Independently develop concepts and write technical briefs for various channels, generate new ideas and hypotheses;
- Interpret key business indicators and make informed conclusions regarding product performance and development;
- Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives, continuously study the target audience;
- Analysis of advertising campaigns with a focus on key performance metrics (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, ROAS) to identify and scale effective strategies.
- Perform systematic competitor research;
- Collaborating with Motion Designers, Producers and UA Managers to achieve KPIs;
- Track trends and analyze the visual aspects of the market (via Sensor Tower/App Annie).
- Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 2 years in the gamedev industry;
- Experience with major sources in paid social and advertising networks is welcomed;
- Project management skills and advanced communication abilities;
- Strong multitasking and time management skills in a rapidly changing environment;
- Analytics experience;
- Playable experience;
- Ability to analyze statistical data, articulate risks, and set priorities correctly.
