Creative Producer

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Creative Producer whom we will entrust with working on creative videos for our products.

Your Role:

• Independently develop concepts and write technical briefs for various channels, generate new ideas and hypotheses;
• Interpret key business indicators and make informed conclusions regarding product performance and development;
• Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives, continuously study the target audience;
• Analysis of advertising campaigns with a focus on key performance metrics (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, ROAS) to identify and scale effective strategies.
• Perform systematic competitor research; 
• Collaborating with Motion Designers, Producers and UA Managers to achieve KPIs;
• Track trends and analyze the visual aspects of the market (via Sensor Tower/App Annie).

• Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 2 years in the gamedev industry;
• Experience with major sources in paid social and advertising networks is welcomed;
• Project management skills and advanced communication abilities;
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a rapidly changing environment;
• Analytics experience;
• Playable experience;
• Ability to analyze statistical data, articulate risks, and set priorities correctly.
