MyGrowth makes it easy to stay consistent, helping users acquire new skills, educate themselves, and grow their careers in just a few minutes per day.
- Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application
- Work closely with the Product and UA teams to identify the application’s key features and advantages, try different collaborative approaches to boost performance
- Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
- Conduct competitor research to analyze best practices in the market
- Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other networks
- Organize brainstorming sessions with the team
- Write briefs for UGC, evaluate results, and make reworks to increase the results
- Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas
- Balance creativity with performance goals
- Combine strong ideation skills with structured thinking
- Understand modern trends across social media platforms
- 1.5+ years of creative production experience in performance marketing
- Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
- Experience with analytics and creative optimization
- Ability to create market researches
- Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs
- Independence and willingness to drive processes
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Data-driven approach to creatives
- Experience with Google, Tiktok or Pinterest
- Experience with full cycle of launching new funnels on Meta and/or other sources
