Responsibilities:
- Own the creative process from research and idea generation to production, testing, and iterations.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to identify new creative opportunities and growth areas.
- Build and prioritize creative hypotheses for Meta and other paid social channels.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and messaging for paid social campaigns.
- Create clear briefs for designers, motion designers, and UGC creators to bring creative ideas to life.
- Analyze creative performance, identify winning patterns, and generate insights for future tests.
- Collaborate with UA, Product Marketing, and UGC, Analysts teams to improve creative performance and scale winning concepts.
- Continuously explore new trends, formats, AI tools, and creative approaches to improve the creative pipeline.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in creative marketing for paid social channels (especially Meta)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition principles, and the role of creatives in business growth.
- Ability to analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), understand what drives results, and turn insights into new hypotheses.
- Experience generating creative hypotheses based on audience insights, competitor research, trends, and performance data.
- Ability to turn hypotheses into strong creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and messaging for paid social creatives.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Lovart, Midjourney, AI avatars, etc.) to improve and speed up creative research, ideation, and production
- Strong ownership mindset: you don’t just create ads — you understand why they work.
- English at B2 (upper-intermediate) level or higher.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with AI and its integration into workflows.
- Profound work experience with one of the platforms (in order of priority): Google, Applovin, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
