Responsibilities

  • Providing corporate legal support to Group entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating internal corporate information registers for all Group entities, ensuring that data and documentation remain complete and up to date.
  • Preparing, collecting, and organizing corporate documentation, including shareholder and board resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates, extracts, constitutional documents, and registration records.
  • Coordinating filings with government authorities and commercial registers in connection with corporate changes, including changes to directors, shareholders, registered offices, company names, and other registered details.
  • Providing legal and administrative support in establishing new companies, including coordinating incorporation procedures, preparing documentation packages, and liaising with registered agents and government authorities.
  • Arranging the notarization, apostille, legalization, and translation of corporate documents.
  • Providing legal support during audits, including collecting and reviewing documentation, preparing explanations and responses to requests from auditors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the timely provision of information.
  • Liaising with directors and ultimate beneficial owners regarding verification requirements, requesting the necessary documents and information, and actively monitoring progress and following up.
  • Supporting the opening and ongoing maintenance of bank and other corporate accounts by providing corporate documentation and facilitating verification procedures.
  • Monitoring the validity and expiry dates of corporate documents, powers of attorney, certificates, and documents provided for KYC purposes.
  • Managing the end-to-end processing of invoices from external legal counsel, including reviewing invoices, obtaining the necessary internal approvals, liaising with the Finance team, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law or in-house legal support within an international group of companies.
  • Hands-on experience with corporate documentation, including shareholder and board resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates, extracts, and constitutional documents.
  • Practical experience supporting legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, including company incorporations, corporate changes, and regulatory or commercial register filings.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple corporate processes, documentation, and deadlines.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, directors, external counsel, registered agents, banks and authorities.
