This role is responsible for building strong internal communications for the Growth Businesses Department, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned across regions. It involves developing communication strategies, creating content, and supporting employee recognition initiatives. We are open to candidates based in different locations within the European time zone.
- Develop and implement effective, transparent, and engaging communication strategies for the Growth Businesses Department.
- Build the internal brand of the department.
- Ensure timely and clear dissemination of updates and achievements.
- Support employee recognition initiatives.
- Drive communication activities that improve engagement, confidence, and awareness across regions.
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in content creation (articles, newsletters, social media, intranet posts).
- Strong project coordination skills, including event organization and vendor collaboration.
- Understanding of employee engagement and recognition practices.
