Cloud Program Manager (CPM)
We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to orchestrate large-scale cloud programs and ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams. In this position, you will combine strong technical understanding with executive-level communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish strong governance frameworks for interconnected initiatives delivered through waterfall and agile approaches
- Monitor scope, budget and schedules while anticipating and addressing program risks
- Engage diverse stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives to maintain alignment and shape expectations
- Translate program results into measurable business outcomes such as ROI and TCO
- Look beyond delivery timelines to advance long-term strategic customer objectives
- Support technical conversations and map dependencies across cloud infrastructure, data and development areas
- Build credibility and trust with engineering teams through informed collaboration
- Guide programs from initiation through completion in line with customer priorities
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software development
- Competency in Project Management, SCRUM and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform
- Solid grounding in cloud technologies spanning infrastructure, data and development
- Qualifications in program governance, risk mitigation and financial oversight
- Capability to link program execution to business value indicators such as ROI and TCO
- Fluent communication in Portuguese, Spanish and English (B2+/C1)
