Cloud Network Engineer (AWS, Azure)

We are seeking a Cloud Network Engineer (AWS, Azure) to design and operate secure cloud networking for a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will deliver resilient network architectures, enable hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud and troubleshoot routing, DNS and firewall issues. You will also improve automation, monitoring and documentation to support reliable operations and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate cloud network architectures across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
• Build secure, scalable network patterns across environments, including shared services and production
• Deliver hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud using appropriate routing and connectivity services
• Implement network segmentation and security controls aligned with regulated requirements
• Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, routing, firewall and latency issues across hybrid environments
• Improve observability using native cloud monitoring and logging plus security telemetry where applicable
• Automate network provisioning and change delivery using Terraform or comparable infrastructure as code tools
• Maintain network diagrams, runbooks and change records and support incident response and root cause reviews

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting, CIDR planning, NAT and VPN
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with hybrid connectivity patterns between on-premises data centers and cloud environments
• Working knowledge of network security principles including segmentation, least privilege and encryption in transit
• Experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform or similar tools
• Ability to analyze logs and metrics to troubleshoot complex network issues and restore service quickly
• Familiarity with incident, change and problem management processes in production environments
• Mandarin and oral English proficiency for daily collaboration and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments with strong documentation and controlled change practices
• Exposure to container networking and microservices platforms
• Cloud networking certifications for AWS or Microsoft Azure
