We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Chief of Infrastructure Integration to direct M&A infrastructure integration programs with strong governance and risk control. Responsibilities
- Own and steer large-scale M&A infrastructure workstreams, ensuring Day 1 readiness and long-term post-close execution
- Set and execute integration frameworks, roadmaps, major milestones, TSA requirements, and contingency planning
- Supervise technical discovery, evaluate legacy landscapes, and define target future-state architectures
- Run governance across Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD, IAM, SSO/MFA, privileged access management), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace transitions), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Observability (ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring/logging)
- Uphold enterprise security, compliance, and risk-management standards by embedding data protection and audit measures
- Align application, security, workplace, and business teams and manage vendor relationships and external service providers
- Produce executive dashboards to monitor performance and escalate risks, challenges, and successes to senior stakeholders
- Control staffing plans, resource allocation, and budgets to support efficient delivery of integration programs
- Deliver smooth operational transitions by ensuring runbooks, documentation, and post-integration operating models are completed
Requirements
- Broad IT infrastructure experience of 7+ years, including 2+ years of leadership on enterprise-scale integration programs
- Track record delivering M&A integration initiatives or similarly complex global IT transformation programs
- Comprehensive enterprise infrastructure expertise across networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/Zero Trust), endpoint management, and hybrid/cloud ecosystems, supported by solid security framework knowledge
- Proven leadership of globally distributed teams with strong stakeholder alignment and execution focus
- Advanced knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including governance, planning, issue mitigation, and large-scale delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical teams
- Deep expertise in TSA strategy, implementation, and migration to end-state systems, alongside cloud transformation and Zero Trust security principles
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Upper-Intermediate Brazilian Portuguese proficiency (B2+ level)
