Chief AI Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine AI agents using LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure
- Design and implement function calling patterns to extend AI agent capabilities
- Ensure chatbot accuracy and dependability through hallucination prevention techniques
- Integrate and streamline AI workflows with Python
- Collaborate on responsible AI and compliance efforts to align with ethical AI guidelines
- Lead Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI development initiatives
- Partner with teams to enable agent-based training and AI-driven shopping solutions
Requirements
- Proven track record with 7+ years of experience working with LLMs, Claude Code, or comparable technologies
- Hands-on coding expertise in Python for AI solution development and integration
- Deep understanding of hallucination prevention approaches and MCP
- Solid background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices, and ethical AI principles
- Advanced expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics
- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies
- Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements
- Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
