C++ Technical Test Analyst
We are looking for a Technical Test Analyst to evolve and support automated testing for complex game systems, improving reliability, coverage, and actionable feedback. You will partner closely with engineers to diagnose issues and strengthen automation pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems
- Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient
- Extend existing test scripts to keep pace with feature changes
- Improve test reliability by reducing flakiness and strengthening assertions
- Analyze automation logs and diagnostic data to isolate root causes
- Reproduce defects with automated steps and document actionable evidence
- Coordinate with engineers to validate fixes and confirm regressions
- Monitor automation pipeline health and stabilize CI/CD execution
- Translate manual test needs into automation-ready technical specifications
- Advise teams on best use of automation tools and frameworks
Requirements
- 2+ years of quality engineering or software testing experience
- Test automation programming and scripting experience
- Strong technical leadership through hands-on technical ownership and subject-matter expertise
- Proven project collaboration skills in cross-functional teams with engineers and QA
- Solid C++ programming skills for building and extending automated tests
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JUnit
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for investigating intermittent issues
- Clear communication skills for writing defect reports and sharing technical context
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- CI/CD integration experience
- Game testing experience across AAA development phases
- Unreal Engine knowledge
- Python scripting experience
