Why this role matters
The Business Knowledge Development (BKD) Training Specialist is responsible for delivering onboarding training and other training related to the Business Knowledge Development area. This role manages the full training cycle: from content creation and session organisation to training delivery, feedback collection, assessments, reporting and continuous content improvement.
What you'll actually do
- Designing, developing, and delivering online and offline onboarding and other business knowledge training sessions, in line with training plans.
- Create and maintain learning content (decks, handbooks, infographics, e-learning courses, videos etc), leveraging AI-based and other design tools to optimise learning content creation and personalisation and create visually compelling training materials.
- In collaboration with SME, ensure all content complies with company standards and adult learning principles and remains engaging and accessible.
- Update and improve content based on learner feedback, process changes, or strategic goals.
- Conduct surveys, gather participant feedback, and analyse assessment results to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements
- Identify knowledge gaps and propose appropriate training interventions.
- Track participation and completion; maintain accurate records of training hours and outcomes.
- Supporting projects on any learning & development assignments as required, supporting business improvement and sustaining change;
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Business Knowledge Development.
Who we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Organisational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in adult learning, instructional design, or training delivery would be preferred.
- Previous successful experience as a trainer /presenter, both online / offline
- Familiarity with a variety of training methods (mentoring, workshops, e-learning, coaching, online/offline, microlearning etc.).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI and multimedia tools for learning content development
- Practical experience or strong interest in financial markets, trading platforms, fintech, knowledge of CFD products, forex trading, or financial literacy topics.
- Experience using LMS tools such as LearnUpon, Degreed, or Articulate Storyline.
- Approachable and able to build rapport quickly with people of all levels
- Well-spoken and strong written communication
- Engaging storytelling and facilitation skills to capture attention and retain focus.High adaptability and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to approach learning design innovatively.
