Why this role matters
The purpose of the role is to ensure a secure and controlled environment by monitoring clients trading behaviors and identifying any high-risk customers.
What you'll actually do
- Execute continuous surveillance of trading activities to identify irregular patterns, abnormal behaviors, and high-risk indicators.
- Process different types of alerts to maintain a secure and controlled trading ecosystem.
- Implement preventive measures to control abusive strategies.
- Evaluation of reported suspicious cases and take actions according to the risk level.
- Calculate potential financial impact.
- Perform deep investigations into suspicious cases and provide detailed reports on the analysis outcome.
- Maintain continuous tracking of high risk cases from initial detection to formal closure.
- Confirmation of financial losses if any.
- Ensure the rapid communication of abnormal activities and critical threats to improve the prevention measures.
- Actively participates in enhancement of prevention measures.
- Partner with relevant internal departments to follow up on escalated cases ensuring all issues/improvements are delivered.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (Math, Economic or Finance degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the CFDs/Forex industry (e.g., monitoring dealer).
- Technical Knowledge and hands-on understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5 Manager) and liquidity bridge functionalities.
- Strong understanding of CFD Terms (Spread, Contract Size, Leverage, Margin, etc.)
- Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) competency.
- Analytical capabilities and experience with data analytics tools is a plus (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Technical AI skills is a Plus.
- Excellent English (speaking and writing).
- Communication skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work shifts and weekends.
- Attention to details.
- Multitasking ability and Operational Flexibility.

- Coordination within the Trading Risk department, collaboration with trading division , and communication with relevant departments for escalation and case resolution.
