Join our team as a Business Analyst (P&C) to drive business transformation and system enhancement projects across property & casualty commercial lines. In this role, you will bridge business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements
Document workflow inefficiencies and design optimized operating models
Translate business processes into clear requirements and user stories
Support the delivery of insurance systems, policy platforms and digital portals
Define UAT strategies, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate signoffs
Provide training and post-implementation support to business units
Requirements
Experience in business analysis within the P&C insurance sector
Expertise in at least two areas: property, casualty, construction, workers' compensation or reinsurance.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, SQL, and data mapping tools
Understanding of the Singapore insurance regulatory framework
Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and technical teams
Skilled in analyst techniques such as user interviewing, workshop facilitation, process modelling and writing business requirements
