Responsibilities
- Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating them into exact functional specifications for solution development and implementation
- Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
- Translate business needs by creating models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
- Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
- Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
- Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions
- Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people
- Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
- Contribute through mentorship, training and involvement in initiatives for both technical and non technical skills
- Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad's overall health
- Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo
SKILLS
Must have
- 5+ years of professional expertise in a similar role
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Social and intercultural competence for the successful handling of all internal and external and international stakeholders, as well as good analytical, conceptual thinking, pronounced autonomy and initiative
- Experience in large project or transformation projects in a big financial enterprise would be beneficial
- Be able to perform under pressure and face senior management stakeholders if needed
- Comfortable working with analytics/data workflows and supporting end-to-end delivery
- Can-do attitude and natural tendency to own topics end-to-end and to deliver changes into production on time
- Knowledge of the Agile methodologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills to ensure close alignment with all stakeholders across departments and different seniority levels up to MD
- Fluency in English
