Responsibilities
Identify gaps in existing systems and map end-to-end user journeys to recommend efficiency solutions
Collaborate with business users, developers and stakeholders to document and validate system requirements
Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to ensure successful production implementations
Support end-to-end project execution by planning, monitoring timelines and identifying risks
Conduct post-implementation reviews, support audit activities and resolve production issues
Provide system training to internal staff and external distribution channels
Requirements
Proven experience driving business analysis, process improvement or operations within the insurance sector
Track record of creating precise process flows, user journeys and business requirement documents
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks and corporate governance
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into effective solutions
Demonstrated success in UAT planning, execution and sign-off
Working knowledge of system integration and back-end operations
Nice to have
Familiarity with human-centered design or design thinking methodologies
Exposure to e-submission or policy issuance platforms within the insurance or financial services industries
Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
