Business Analyst for Healthcare projects

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Handle first-level queries from the business team, analyze them and collaborate with project teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and objectives
- Leverage your strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the data management workflow
- Foster teamwork among team members and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with developers, engineers and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful data solutions
- Utilize your knowledge of Agile methodology to drive iterative development and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine
- Experience working in a hospital environment as a doctor or a nurse
- A solid understanding of hospital operations, including standard protocols, procedures, and workflow processes
- Emergency service experience is a plus
- Experience in business analysis or similar roles is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- English language proficiency at C1 level or above
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to engage in casual conversation
- Good interpersonal communication skills
