Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements including BRDs and FRDs
- Manage workflows and align requirements with project deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and actionable solutions
- Bridge business and IT teams, ensuring consistency across processes
- Leverage AI exposure to enhance BA/PO activities
Requirements
- 4-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of API integration, SQL and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with creating BRDs, FRDs and managing workflows
- Expertise in BPM, functional and non-functional requirements and requirements management
- Understanding of technical requirements and solutioning across multiple domains
- Exposure to AI methodologies and tools utilized in BA/PO activities
