Business Analyst (AI)
We are looking for a forward-thinking Business Analyst to join a pioneering project for a global Insurance client. You will be at the forefront of the AI-driven SDLC and work on a BA AI Agent, acting as its pilot and quality gatekeeper.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the configured BA Agent to support BA activities across the SDLC
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs such as requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions and summaries
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, ambiguities and risks in Agent outputs
- Refine prompts/instructions to improve output quality and relevance
- Work closely with stakeholders, product teams and delivery teams to ensure final artifacts are business-aligned
- Support backlog preparation, requirements clarification and documentation quality
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, user stories and acceptance criteria definition
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
- Practical experience using GenAI/AI tools in BA or delivery workflows
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and improve prompt/instruction quality
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English
Nice to have
- Experience in AI-related or AI-enabled projects
- Understanding of prompt engineering
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro and BPMN/UML
- Experience establishing best practices for AI-assisted analysis
