Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support Scrum teams delivering features for a booking system used by airline clients. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and collaborate closely with engineering and QA to keep delivery on track. Apply to join us.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business needs and clarify scope with stakeholders and the delivery team
• Define and document requirements using appropriate BA artifacts
• Translate business goals into user stories with acceptance criteria ready for development and testing
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog with the team to support sprint planning and delivery
• Facilitate requirement-related workshops and support Scrum ceremonies as needed
• Align with developers and testers to resolve questions, changes, and dependencies
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements and support UAT preparation and feedback handling

Requirements

• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience in software delivery
• Strong Scrum knowledge and experience working in Scrum teams
• Proven ability to create and maintain BA artifacts documentation
• Solid requirements elicitation and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

• Effort estimation experience
• NDC (New Distribution Capability) or One-Order domain knowledge
