We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Limassol Office.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other related products with precision and consistency.
- Customize drinks based on individual preferences, ensuring a personalized coffee experience for each team member.
- Provide friendly and prompt service to employees, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a keen awareness of office dynamics, accommodating unique preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure proper storage of perishable items and adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment to uphold hygiene standards and prevent malfunctions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with office management for timely restocking.
- Engage with team members to create a sense of community around the coffee bar.
- Collaborate with office events and initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.
You’ll thrive here if you have
- Proven experience as a barista
- Knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and espresso machine operation is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic office etiquette and the ability to adapt to corporate culture.
- Flexibility to work regular office hours, including early mornings.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Demonstrated commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

- Additional certifications in coffee brewing or related fields.

The role offers flexible working hours within the 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. time window, with an eight-hour working day. Working hours may be adjusted based on business needs.
