Responsibilities
- Ideate content features and design content experiences that transform raw forecasts, outage records, and usage data into clear, trusted messaging
- Build content models, templated systems, and rule-driven frameworks that generate personalized messaging at scale
- Collaborate with strategy and design leads to shape content concepts during early proposition development phases
- Design localized content strategies for different geographic markets with unique weather-related challenges
- Create voice-and-tone guidance for products that generate dynamic messaging including alerts and notifications
- Develop operational content models that engineering teams can implement for automated content generation
Requirements
- Proven experience building content models, templated content systems, and rule-driven messaging frameworks
- Strong background in notifications and alerting copy with focus on clarity and trust over personality
- Experience with crisis or service-disruption communications where precise wording carries significant impact
- Demonstrated ability to work with data inputs and translate complex information into user-friendly content
- Systems thinking approach to content strategy with ability to design scalable, automated content solutions
- Experience conducting user interviews and research to inform content strategy decisions
- Background in utilities or regulated industries where compliance and precise wording are critical is nice to have
- Availability to work onsite at the client's office in Atlanta as needed (2-3 times a month)
