About the project
Andersen is hiring a Lead Enterprise AI Architect for a project defining enterprise AI strategy, scalable architecture, and digital transformation for a healthcare organization.
The customer is a global consulting and advisory firm that helps organizations improve business performance, navigate complex operational challenges, and support strategic transformation. It provides expertise across business strategy, operational improvement, risk management, and organizational change, working with clients from multiple industries through data-driven insights and multidisciplinary consulting services.
The project is focused on defining the enterprise AI architecture and transformation strategy for a large-scale healthcare organization. It includes developing a future-state technical vision, establishing architectural standards, and creating a scalable implementation roadmap to enable secure, enterprise-wide AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Leading enterprise AI and digital transformation strategy across a complex post-merger, multi-ERP environment.
- Assessing AI overlay, ERP consolidation/modernization, and AI-native operating model scenarios and defining the future-state architecture.
- Developing a 24-month technology outlook across AI, ERP, enterprise applications, and automation, balancing business value, cost, risk, timing, and future optionality.
- Defining target-state enterprise AI architecture, architecture principles, governance, security, privacy, responsible AI, and reusable standards.
- Evaluating emerging AI and enterprise technology trends and recommending future-proof approaches without unnecessary large-scale migrations.
- Presenting Good / Better / Best transformation options, including business and financial impact, TCO, risks, and phased recommendations.
- Advising executives and facilitating workshops, translating complex technology topics for both traditional corporate stakeholders and AI-forward investors.
- Collaborating with enterprise and data architects and transformation teams to align AI, ERP, data, operating model, and modernization strategies into a cohesive roadmap.
- Validating existing discovery, identifying critical gaps, and translating findings into practical recommendations with clear assumptions and risks.
- Designing AI overlay, orchestration, and integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP systems while minimizing disruption to existing platforms.
- Supporting rapid AI pilots and proofs of value alongside the longer-term architecture roadmap to demonstrate tangible business value.

- Experience presenting architecture recommendations to C-level executives.
- Experience supporting M&A and post-merger technology integration programs.
- Experience developing 24-month (or 24–48 month) technology outlooks and future-state technology strategies.
- Experience evaluating emerging AI and enterprise technology trends to support executive decision-making.
