Art-Lead (marketing)

You are our person if you have:

• 2 or more years of experience working as an Art Lead / Art Manager / 2D Lead
• experience in managing a team of 5-6 people or more (assigning tasks, controlling deadlines, conducting reviews)
• solid understanding of the 2D pipeline for creating marketing materials
• ability to analyze production processes and improve them
• ability to maintain a high level of visual quality and increase it

Will come in handy:

• profile portfolio
• knowledge of game engines
• understanding of 3D tools and their application in marketing production

Some points on tasks:

• managing a team of artists (about 6 people)
• distributing tasks within the team and controlling deadlines
• conducting regular art reviews and maintaining a high level of visual quality
• developing and optimizing the production pipeline for marketing materials
• interacting with producers and other teams to meet deadlines and requirements
• setting up processes within the team and assisting the specialists in their development
