two or more years of experience working as an art lead or art producer of a commercial game project
knowledge of different styles, an eye for composition, shapes, anatomy, lighting, and color; artistic taste, advanced imagination
knowledge of graphic pipelines for mobile/PC projects (Concept Art, 2D, 3D, Animation, VFX, Tech-Art, UI/UX)
understanding of both artistic and technical aspects of creating graphical content
