We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join the Managed Service for Hyperspace, focusing on CI/CD landscape Ops and SRE within the Software & Internet domain. The role involves resolving containerization issues, integration complexities, security vulnerabilities and environment configuration problems, while providing technical support and contributing to monitoring, investigation and user-to-service integration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve containerization issues, integration complexities, security vulnerabilities and environment configuration problems
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment
- Work closely with infrastructure teams to configure and manage environments
- Engage with project managers to align on timelines and deliverables
- Provide support to operations teams for troubleshooting and incident management
- Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and infrastructure automation
- Lead the second line/environments support engineering activities, ensuring efficient resolution of complex issues
- Participate in on-call rotation 24/7 for 7-10 days per month (passive, activated upon alarm from the Shared Support team)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps
- Expertise in troubleshooting containerization, integration and environment configuration issues
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and infrastructure automation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a leading role
- Excellent team organization skills
- Capability to quickly switch between different contexts
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
