AI Product Manager

Description

Commit is seeking an exceptional AI Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across multiple AI-driven and software initiatives. This is a senior, hands-on role for a builder who has shipped AI-native products themselves and wants to own them end to end. From the first discovery call to shipping to production. You thrive in complex, multi-project environments and are fluent in what it actually takes to turn an LLM-powered idea into something that holds up under real users and real data.

What you'll do

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap across multiple domains and client engagements.
• Own AI products end to end, from discovery through design, development, and launch
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and delivery teams to ensure products meet high standards of usability, scalability, and technical integrity.
• Manage prioritization and release planning across competing client and business needs.
• Participate in presales activities, including scoping, solution design, and client-facing presentations, to shape proposals and align client needs with the product vision.
• Engage directly with clients and executives to define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap.
• Drive innovation through experimentation, data-driven decisions, and a deep understanding of emerging AI capabilities and their limits.

Requirements

What you bring

• 5+ years of product management or technical delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI or LLM-powered products shipped to production.
• A working grasp of how LLMs actually behave: prompting, context design, agents, and where they break.
• Deep understanding of product strategy, discovery, and Agile delivery processes.
• Proven success owning complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to production, ideally several at once.
• Demonstrated experience in presales and scoping, working with sales and delivery to size effort and present product value to clients.
• Strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and data teams, including writing specs.
• Excellent business acumen and communication skills (written and verbal, English fluency is a must).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree an advantage.

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise software, AI platforms, or internal tooling.
• Hands-on prompt engineering or eval design (eval frameworks, LLM-as-judge, rubric-based scoring).
• Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or defense tech.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services company.
• Entrepreneurial experience (founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup leadership).
