- Basic programming skills (any language)
- Strong logical and structured thinking
- Interest in AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Understanding of how APIs / integrations work (basic level is enough)
- Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
- English level: B1+
- Experience with Airtable / Zapier / Make / no-code tools
- Previous experience in automation or internal tools
- Understanding of marketing processes
- Integrate AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) into workflows for content generation, decision-making, and process optimization
- Design and implement new features and automations
- Debug and improve existing automations and workflows
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into solutions
- Ask clarifying questions and propose structured approaches
- Prototype and develop solutions using AI tools
- Document processes and product logic (Confluence or similar)
- Support users in Slack (basic questions, setup help, troubleshooting)
