Workflow/Pipeline Specialist

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with scientific workflows/pipelines (ideally Omics/NGS context), integration with HPC/batch execution
• Focus on reproducibility, versioning, and operationalization of workflows
• Ability to collaborate on I/O-heavy pipeline tuning with storage and platform teams 

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow engines (Nextflow/Snakemake/Cromwell/WDL/Airflow or equivalents)
• Containerized workflows (Apptainer/Singularity/Docker) 
• Experience with AWS Batch
