We are looking for a Vice President of Product who will lead our Product Department, drive the growth of existing games, and oversee the development of new ones. What You Will Work On:
- Lead the company's Product Department, managing two teams: one responsible for developing existing games and the other focused on researching and developing new games.
- Make key product decisions aimed at achieving product-market fit and driving business results.
- Improve the scalability of the existing game portfolio and define directions for its further development.
- Evaluate new game ideas, their market potential, and their fit with the target audience, making decisions about their further development.
- Build, improve, and adapt product processes.
- Inspire and develop teams, help them unlock their potential, and guide them toward achieving product and business goals.
What We Expect:
- Experience working with casual and hypercasual games.
- Experience in product management, product decision-making, and feature management.
- Experience in market research, evaluating and selecting new game ideas, understanding target audiences, and assessing product potential.
- Understanding of the stages of new game development, factors affecting scalability, and principles of achieving product-market fit.
- Understanding of game design and creative processes in game development.
- Understanding of LiveOps strategies.
- Creative thinking combined with a strong business mindset.
- Strong understanding of player psychology.
- Structured thinking and the ability to make decisions that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach, dive deep into products, and get directly involved in solving tasks when needed.
- Fluency in both Russian and English.
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience working with games in the Match-3, Hidden Object, Merge, Tile Match, hypercasual, and hybrid-casual genres.
