As a
UX Researcher on the
Superapp team in Egypt, you will own end-to-end research on
complex product questions that inform strategy and long-term roadmaps. You will combine
advanced and mixed methods to answer the questions that matter most for Egyptian users and
translate findings into clear, action-oriented narratives for Product and Design partners.
You’ll work with guidance from senior researchers on the most strategic and ambiguous
initiatives, but operate independently on the day-to-day craft: scoping studies, designing them,
moderating sessions, synthesizing across data sources, and presenting to stakeholders up to
senior leadership.
